| • Company’s participation or induction as a business Associate / Distributors / Sales Rep. necessarily warrants that company has understood the business and company's Current Marketing programmed, communication and methodology of doing work. Participation also means that the company is not relying on any other representation that is not contained herein or any other official communication of the company. |
| • The business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep. will comply with all central, state, municipal laws, local laws, ordinance, Rules & Regulations. |
| • The company has sole discretion to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. |
| • Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep .will be responsible to regularly check the website for any up gradations / amendments and the company will neither undertake to send any direct letter nor use any other medium other than specified above. |
| • In case of any change of address or phone number or email id or any such information considered vital for the company it will be the Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep ,'s sole responsibility to keep the company informed through registered letter only. |
| 2. Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep .are not any employee, agent, partner, legal representative or franchisee of Revolution Trade Company Private Limited and is not authorised to incur any dept. expenses, obligation or open any bank account on behalf of/for or in the name of Revolution Trade Company Private Limited. |
| 3. All Business Associates/Distributors/Sales Rep .should agree to present the Revolution Trade Company Private Limited Multi Income Business plan and the products as set forth in the official company literature, The Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep. shall not offer any incentives, gifts other than as specified in the official brochure or out hold any promise to this effect or offer any other attractions to any person to join the Business of Revolution Trade Company Private Limited |
| 4. The company reserves the right to alter / change the plan, products and its varieties, rates, prices and terms & conditions from time to time and the same will be applicable to all Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been served and received by Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep - at the same time as and when published and it will be assumed that all Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep. agree to I and would abide by such changes and undertakes complete responsibility to stay abreast to such development in such manner and implications. |
| 5. The company would not be responsible if due to any act of natural calamity/ change in law or unforeseen circumstances is unable to perform it's normal working. In such circumstances no claim from any Business Associates/Distributors/Sales Rep. in any form will be tenable/acceptable. |
| 6. The Business Associates/Distributors/Sales Rep .will not accept the payments directly (in cash) arising out of sale of Revolution Trade Company Private Limited Products and all payments will be accepted in the form of DD/Banker's Cheque favouring Revolution Trade Company Private Limited payable at Ahmedabad. The company shall not be responsible for any cash payments at any place or other that deposited at the counter of the Back office situated anywhere in Gujarat. |
| 7. Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep .are required and hold the company harmless against all claims made by them or by third party and any related damages and expenses arising out of or connected with conduct of the Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep . or services rendered by him or any liability which might have
arisen due to violation of these terms and conditions. |
| 8. The Business Promoter/Distributor shall purchase all its requirements for the Products from the Principal only. |
| 9. The Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep .shall display the company as designed by the company for printing Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep . personal stationery (with prior permission). However, the Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep . shall not use the trademark, patent orany other intellectual
property/right of the company for any purpose other than promotion of the business of the company. |
| 10. The Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep . will be receive the sales benefits on periodic basic through company cheques. In case any pay out day falls on holidays, the same will be automatically scheduled for next working day. |
| 11. The Company may terminate the Business distribution ship without giving prior notice if he / she uses the company's premises / venue to represent interest of any other company in what so ever manner. The right of a terminated Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep . to receive compensation/ present /vanue to receive
compensation/ present /accured (in whateverform)from the company cases from date of termination. |
| 12. In the event that a provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unforceable in such circumstances only enforceable provision shall be construed to enforceable and agreement will remain in full force to that extent. |
| 13. Company can change the business plan any time without any prior notice. |
| 14. Rates may vary with the commodity market. |
| 15. Any in compliance with the terms of this agreements, Revolution Trade Company Private Limited may at its discretion, terminate the concerned Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep . or impose upon him any other disciplinary action / penalty. If the same is in breach default or violation of this agreement he /she shall not be entitled to receive any further pay out. If this agreement is terminated for any reason whatsoever, the concerned Business Associates/ Distributors /Sales Rep . will loose its right (present and future) as an Business Associates/Distributors/Sales Rep . and rights including to receive any pay outs from Revolution Trade Company Private Limited. |
| 16. The earnings by Business Associates / Distributors / Sales Rep .are not pre conditions but depend on its skill, knowledge and work which is no way any allurement or contract. |
| 17. All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only. |
